An investor-led workshop of my new musical, followed by a fall at The Engeman!
-After a sold-out and electric remount of "Shining in Misery: A King-Size Parody" at Feinstein's/54 Below (with a great audience turn-out including Dave Malloy and Lin Manuel Miranda!), Cody continued his NYC summer with his adaptation of EM Forster's "A Room with A View" receiving an industry presentation. Workshopped with a talented cast of Broadway-veterans (including Larry Daggett-Ragtime, Robert Anthony Jones-Finding Neverland, Lara Hayhurst- Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill, Jen Byrne-Evil Dead: The Musical, Katie Coleman-SIX), the piece was shared at Open Jar Studios and will pop up in NYC workshops again very soon.
